Happy New Year! To kick start this holiday, here is a free Lunar New Year digital sticker. These digital stickers represent the Chinese celebration of this holiday.
The Lunar New Year is based on the lunar calendar (the cycles of the moon). Most Asian countries, besides China, celebrates this holiday, but it is widely known as the Chinese New Year.
Similar to the standard calendar New Year (January 1), the Lunar New Year is about celebrating the start of a new beginning. It is a time where one prepares for the prosperity, luck, and happiness throughout the whole year. This is the time of bringing the families together and the time to honoring the ancestors. It is also a mark of the end of winter and the start of Spring.
